Janet Jukes OAM, is the CEO of Relationship Matters. Janet joined Relationship Matters in 2014 bringing with her extensive experience in the non government human services sector. Janet has worked in management, service delivery and policy across several fields including youth and family services, homelessness, family violence, community legal services, and research.
Matt has a wealth of leadership knowledge and experience within the community services sector with over 15 years’ wide-ranging experience in therapeutic services, including Family Violence; Mental Health; Alcohol and Other Drugs; Gambling Harm; Homelessness; Financial Counselling; Migrant Support; Children and Young People; and LGBTIQ, CALD and Aboriginal communities. Matt holds a Bachelor of Social Work along with many achievements and professional development experience in clinical and leadership fields.
Cath Tregillis is the Executive Manager Dispute Resolution and Education and leads a team of professional mediators who provide dispute resolution services to areas covering Melbourne City, Frankston, Wyndham and Geelong. Cath is accredited with the Attorney General’s Department to provide family dispute resolution under the Family Law Act 1975.
Ann Smith is the Executive Manager Service Development and Quality. Ann is a qualified Social Worker with 20 years of experience working in the community sector.
Luis Menezes has more than 20 years of experience working in the corporate superannuation and employee benefits consulting sector as well as NGOs in the international development sector
Shini Kelly has been leading marketing and communications in the Not For Profit sector in Disability, Domestic Violence and Health. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications including strategy, branding, online and digital marketing. She has a BSc in Psychology (USA)
Adrian has worked as a social worker and counsellor in the community sector for over 20 years. Adrian has a masters degree in family therapy and an honours degree in social work from Monash University.
Fiorella is the Regional Manager for Western Melbourne and Geelong. Fiorella has extensive clinical experience in working with families and children in counselling and education settings, crisis support as well as in the community mental health sector.
Tanya De Mel has worked as a social worker within the sector for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in leadership and service delivery across several fields
Shilpa Alla is Professional Practice Manager with numerous years of experience in managing general practices to deliver high quality health care to patients and committed to delivering outstanding customer service by operating effectively across organisational and cultural boundaries.
Guy has 11 years an experienced leader and practitioner in family violence prevention and counselling. He has extensive experience in managing programs and working with a range of stakeholders.
