The Relationship Matters management team are dedicated to ensuring that every facet of the organisation, from IT systems to counselling, is operating to provide our clients with high quality professional relationship services that make a difference to them, their families, workplaces and the community.

Janet Jukes, Chief Executive Officer

Janet Jukes is CEO of Relationship Matters Relationship Counselling and Education Services. Janet joined Relationship Matters in 2014 bringing with her extensive experience in the non government human services sector. Janet has worked in management, service delivery and policy across several fields including youth and family services, homelessness, family violence, community legal services, and research.

Peter Seligman, Executive Manager Clinical Practice and Outcomes

As an experienced psychologist Peter has over 30 years’ experience in organizational, rehabilitation and applied clinical psychology. He has worked closely with both individuals, management and employees to deliver effective EAP services, workplace education, emergency response and critical incident debriefing ranging from mining events through to natural disasters.

Cath Tregillis, Executive Manager Dispute Resolution and Education

Cath Tregillis, Executive Manager Dispute Resolution and Education

Cath Tregillis is the Executive Manager Dispute Resolution and Education and leads a team of professional mediators who provide dispute resolution services to areas covering Melbourne City, Frankston, Wyndham and Geelong. Cath is accredited with the Attorney General’s Department to provide family dispute resolution under the Family Law Act 1975.

Julie McPhee is the Executive Manager Finance and Corporate Services and brings to the role a strong background and significant experience in both managerial and financial accounting in Government, semi-Government business not-for-profit and business sectors.

Archana Bhat, Manager City and North Region

Archana has worked as a Registered Psychologist for the past 17 years and is a Board Approved supervisor with AHPRA.  Her experience has predominantly been in addictions, particularly problem gambling.  Having worked in NSW in various capacities, she has contributed to this sector in governance and clinical areas.  She was registered as one of the designated supervisors within the Gambling funding body in NSW and supervised interns through The Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP).

Maria Singleton, Manager Western Region

Maria Singleton has over 30 years experience in counselling, leadership and management roles. Before joining Relationship Matters, Maria worked in the area of short-term counselling, crisis and referral services primarily for relationship, family violence, parenting and mental health issues.

Evan Nathanson, Manager South East Region

Evan is an experienced Psychologist having been registered for more than 25 years in both NSW and Victoria. He has worked in a wide array of services, including Corrections, EAP, Trauma and crisis work, Disability and Aged services, as well as relationship and mental health services.
