Connecting LGBTIQA+ communities to support services through Rainbow Door
Rainbow Door and Relationship Matters have partnered to offer free counselling and mediation to support the LGBTIQA+ communities.
To access this face to face support, people should contact Rainbow Door (contact details below) and a referral will be made to the appropriate Relationship Matters program. Supports available include individual, couples and family counselling as well as mediation and education services.
Free and Confidential Counselling
Rainbow Door supports members of the LGBTIQA+ communities of all ages and identities with issues and concerns that may include: family and relationship matters, workplace issues such as bullying and discrimination, mental health and wellbeing, family violence, alcohol and other drugs, sexual assault and social isolation.
The program has been designed to be highly flexible to reflect areas of greatest demand ensuring maximum coverage for all Victorians.
There is no cost involved and you don’t need a Medicare card to access services.
