Managing Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers

The Managing Mental Health in the Workplace training program explains common mental health disorders and their characteristics and equips managers to discharge their responsibilities in regards to prevention, intervention and conversations around mental health. The course includes workshops the balancing of organisational responsibilities and individual needs taking into account duties under OH&S, Privacy and Fair Work legislation.
