About the course
This training is designed to increase understanding of the issues past and present and provide information that will help to communicate sensitively and effectively. It looks at the impact of past policies and practices have had on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, cultures, and practices. It is designed so that you can understand Protocols for community consultation and engagement

• Discuss hints to assist in communicating effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
