• • Four months of personalized coaching (4 sessions) Elevate your team’s performance with our tailored program designed for managers of teams ranging from 2 to 100 members. Our comprehensive approach includes: 
    • Initial 1-hour briefing with the manager 
    • Individual strength assessments for all team members 
    • Detailed group assessment report (for teams of 5+) 
    • 1-hour group assessment debrief with the manager 
    • 1.5-hour interactive workshop with the entire team

Over six months, managers will participate in six transformative sessions, enhancing their leadership skills and driving team excellence.
