Our speaker:
Tanya De Mel, Program Manager, Family and Relationship Services, Relationship Matters.  Tanya De Mel has worked as a social worker within the sector for over 20years.  She has extensive experience in leadership and service delivery across several fields including Children and Young People, CALD and Settlement Services, Counselling and Mental Health and Clinical programs.

Tanya currently oversees the clinical program delivery at Relationship Matters, including individual, couple and family counselling services, mental health counselling, mediation and relationship learning group program delivery.  Tanya also oversees the clinical delivery of EAP services and critical incident management.

Tanya holds qualifications in Social Work and Family Therapy and is registered with the Australia Association of Social Workers.
