27 February @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm AEDT
Topic: Benefit in Conflict: Navigating Workplace Mediation
Cost: Free
That’s right – conflict is not something that needs to be feared! And yet, many of us avoid conflict at all costs. In a workplace setting, this can lead to poor productivity, lack of diversity and creativity, job dissatisfaction and ineffective communication and collaboration. Join us for a presentation on how to effectively navigate (inevitable) conflict in the workplace, and the additional support we can provide through our workplace mediation services.
