Supporting your staff’s wellbeing isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s also smart business. Our EAP services provide confidential, professional counselling and support services to help your people navigate personal and workplace challenges, build resilience, and perform at their best.
Who is this for?
Our EAP service is designed for employers who want to support the mental health and well-being of their staff. It is available to all employees, whether they are facing personal challenges, workplace concerns, or simply seeking support to manage day-to-day stress. Managers can also access support and guidance through our dedicated hotline.
What can I expect?
Employees receive a set number of confidential, short-term counselling sessions funded by their employer. Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes and focus on practical tools, emotional support, and navigating life’s challenges. You can talk to our counsellors about a wide range of concerns, including:
- Work-related stress, performance issues, or conflict.
- Anxiety, grief, or family and relationship concerns.
- Parenting challenges or experiences of family violence.
Sessions are available in person or online, and appointments are typically offered within 2–5 business days, depending on urgency. We can also provide support in a range of languages and accessible formats, including interpreter services where required.
How can we help?
We offer:
- Confidential counselling for individuals and families.
- Critical incident and trauma support.
