Clients are welcome to contact us directly to access any of our services without a referral.

Men’s Referral Service

The Men’s Referral Service is a telephone service for men who are thinking about their anger, behaviour, relationship issues or parenting, and need help and support or women who are experiencing violence from a male family member.

Do you offer any free services or financial assistance?

Some services are offered at a subsidised rate or are free for eligible clients. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Can I refer someone to your services?

Yes, referrals are welcome with the client’s consent. To refer someone, simply call our client services team at 1300 543 396.

Is your counselling confidential?

Yes, all counselling and mediation services are confidential. Exceptions apply if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, as required by law or when legally required.

Workplace Matters provides services such as workplace coaching, conflict resolution, and training programs designed to promote a healthier, more productive work environment.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential counselling and support for employees facing personal or work-related issues, helping to improve employee wellbeing, mental health, and productivity.
