At Relationship Matters, we are a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation with over 78 years of experience.

Family Violence Case Manager (Men)

Relationship Matters is seeking an experienced Family Violence Case Manager (Men) to join our Family Violence Program.

This role provides tailored, strengths-based case management to men who use violence in family and intimate partner relationships. You’ll work directly with clients to assess risk, support behaviour change and accountability, and connect them with appropriate services, while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of victim-survivors.

Administration Officer, Relationship and Parenting Group Programs

Relationship Matters is looking for an organised and compassionate Administration Officer to join our Relationship and Parenting Group Programs team.

This 0.6 EFT role provides essential administrative and operational support across the program, helping us deliver responsive, safe and welcoming services to our clients.

You’ll support program coordination, client and stakeholder communication, data management, reporting and day to day administration, working closely with our Coordinator, practitioners, group facilitators and Client Service Officers.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, collaborative and confident managing competing priorities, with strong communication skills, attention to detail and an empathetic approach.
