Organisations have a legal and ethical responsibility to prevent workplace discrimination, bullying, and harassment. This training helps staff contribute to a safe workplace, while also reducing the risk of breaching Equal Opportunity legislation.
The training can be delivered either online (interactive e-learning) or in-person through a facilitated workshop.
Online sessions are flexible and allow up to 20 participants. For face-to-face workshops, participant numbers can be capped to ensure interactive and engaging sessions. Please contact us for specific requirements.
No, this training does not include a certificate of completion. The focus is on building awareness, knowledge, and practical strategies for safer and more inclusive workplaces.
