About this training
This online training focuses on respectful communication and team cohesion within NDIS settings. Participants will explore how communication styles, tone and body language impact relationships with participants, families and colleagues.
The session supports NDIS workers to navigate challenging conversations professionally, reduce misunderstandings, and strengthen collaboration across teams while maintaining participant centred practice.
