In today’s fast-paced, ever-changing work environment, stress has become a constant companion. Effectively managing stress and prioritising well-being are essential skills for thriving in the workplace. This workshop is designed to provide you with practical strategies and a deeper understanding to navigate these challenges effectively.
We’ll explore stress and well-being from a systems perspective, emphasising that well-being is not just an individual responsibility but a shared one. The way we perceive, experience, and respond to well-being affects not only ourselves but also our teams and organisations. While self-care is important, a supportive organisational culture that prioritises mental health and well-being is crucial in preventing burnout, reducing turnover, and improving performance.
Our interactive approach will examine the three levels of well-being: individual (me), team (we), and organisational (us). You’ll gain tools and strategies to enhance well-being in all areas of your work life, helping both you and your team thrive personally and professionally.
