This practical and engaging training equips leaders, HR professionals, and key personnel with the skills and confidence to address conflict early, communicate effectively, and resolve issues constructively.

Participants will learn how to recognise early signs and underlying causes of conflict, use respectful and assertive communication techniques, and manage strong emotions while maintaining psychological safety.

The session also explores proven resolution strategies, with reference to organisational policies and processes to ensure alignment with workplace expectations and obligations.
