At Relationship Matters, we are a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation with over 78 years of experience.

Manager Client Support Services (1.0 EFT)

Relationship Matters is seeking an experienced and people focused Manager Client Support Services to provide strategic and operational leadership to our Client Services Officers team. This role is central to ensuring a welcoming, respectful and client centred experience from the first point of contact, while overseeing reception services, client enquiries, appointment management, payments, records management and administrative support. The role also plays a key part in supporting staff through an organisation wide ICT system transformation, helping embed efficient, high quality and responsive service delivery. This is an opportunity to lead a passionate and inclusive team within a values based not for profit organisation, with benefits including a salary of $110,000 to $115,000 plus superannuation and salary packaging, hybrid working options, access to ongoing professional development, and a supportive workplace culture.
