PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
SeaChange: Moving Forward is a transformative 6-week program designed to support women who have previously used force as a protective measure against the violence inflicted upon them, in intimate partner relationships. This innovative program is carefully crafted to address the unique challenges faced by victim-survivors, providing a safe and compassionate space for healing and growth.
The program is delivered in an online group format and encourages participants to share their stories, fostering a supportive environment where women can come together to unpack their personal experiences. Through open dialogue and facilitated discussions, participants will gain insights into their own resilience and strengths, realising they are not alone in their struggles. The program also introduces practical strategies and coping mechanisms, empowering women in building the emotional and psychological resilience necessary for positive change and to “move forward” into a brighter future.
