Online Program: Monday, starting 28 October – 16 December 2024 (10:00am – 11:30am) Program runs for eight weeks online via Zoom (1.5 hour sessions per week). The cost of the program is $250 (concession available). Please note that all participants must complete a 60-minute intake session to be accepted into the program.
