See Change Moving Forward is a 6-session small group program held online.

Program Cost

Total fee for the 6-week program: $250 per person

Concession: $200 (for eligible concession card holders)

Please note the following

•
You must complete an intake assessment by phone or video with one of our counsellors (once you have purchased a ticket, we will contact you within 5 business days to book your intake appointment).
•
To receive a completion certificate, you must attend all six sessions (make-up sessions are not available). If you miss any sessions, you will receive a participation certificate reflecting the number of sessions attended.
•
You will not be able to continue if you miss two consecutive sessions.
•
Refunds are unable to be issued within 7 days of the start date of the program

Please note all participants must complete a 50-minute intake session to be accepted into the program. A 20% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel with more than 7 days notice of program start date. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of program start date or if you do not attend your intake appointment.
