The group program will run over four sessions (each session is 2 hours duration) and will be held online via Zoom. Up to 12 participants per group.

Cost of Program: $350 per couple or $200 for individual participants. No concession available.  Please call us on 1300 543 396 to purchase tickets for the program.

All participants must complete a 30 minute intake by phone with one of our trained counsellors.

The topics that will be covered in this program include:

• Understanding origins of a step-family and debunking step-family myths
• Understanding and dealing with grief and loss in the step-family
• Identifying expectations of each new partner
• Defining roles, titles and dynamics desired in the new
• Identifying already existing dynamics between new partners, and children
• Understanding the importance of self-care
• Learning healthy communication skills and ways to handle differences
• Creating new step-family rituals of emotional connection
