Join this short, 30 minute online information session to learn what support is available to you and how easy it is to access help when you need it.

This session is designed for employees who want to better understand how to access support through an Employee Assistance Program. It is suitable for anyone wanting information for themselves or their family members.

This session provides a simple overview of the Employee Assistance Program and how it can support you through life’s challenges.

You will learn:

  • What the EAP is and how it works
  • How to easily access support for yourself or your family
  • How confidentiality is maintained
  • How short term support can help with personal, family or work related concerns
