DESCRIPTION:Key personnel hold a critical role in creating environments where employees feel safe\, supported\, and able to seek help when facing difficult circumstances. \nIn addition\, there are responsibilities under new Occupational Health and Safety (Psychological Health) Regulations 2025 as well as obligations under the National Employment Standards\, which provide all employees with 10 days of paid family and domestic violence leave each year. \nThe session explores workplace responsibilities\, early warning signs\, confidentiality considerations\, and how to respond without overstepping professional boundaries. \nTraining Format1 x 1.5 hour online session \nDate: 9 November 2026\, 9:00am to 10:30amCan’t make this session?
